An authentication platform for the pre-owned luxury trade, with every verdict made by expert authenticators in Japan. Online verification from photos alone — the item never leaves your hands. A platform for both B2B merchants and private clients.

The pre-owned luxury market is made up of singular pieces, each one different from the next. Even when the model number is the same, year, specification, accessories and condition all change the value. To handle that complexity correctly, you need both the eye of authenticators who understand the trade deeply and a record that keeps the evidence behind every verdict.
IJBA Verify has a team of seasoned authenticators holding a Japanese Antique Dealer License (kobutsusho) record the authenticity and condition of each item together with supporting evidence. An image-analysis AI to assist our authenticators is under development; we will announce it once a launch date is set. Every digital certificate can be verified by anyone via QR code. It is not merely a document, but an ongoing guarantee of trust.
Authentication requests, inventory registration, in-store sales, consignment control, EC listings and purchasing history are managed from a single dashboard. It is an operational OS built for the realities of one-of-a-kind inventory.
Your item can be authenticated while remaining with you. Simply follow the photo guide, take a few images with your phone and upload them. No shipping. No visit required. Results remain available on your account page whenever you need them.
Fees are determined by the outcome of the review. If no verdict can be reached, no fee is charged.
IJBA Verify maintains a clear compensation policy for the digital certificates it issues. If our judgment is proven incorrect, we compensate the client's loss.
Most existing EC tools assume there are multiple units of the same product. Pre-owned luxury does not work that way. IJBA Verify was designed from the outset around a simple idea: one item, one record.
In a trade that has long depended on instinct and experience, this is the first framework we have found that truly makes judgment visible. Because the evidence stays attached to every verdict, it is also helping us train younger staff.
