Service fee

Online verification (per item, tax included): Bags ¥3,300; all other items ¥1,100. Individual customers pay half price for their first 10 items (Bags ¥1,650; other items ¥550). Watches are not accepted at this time. Hermès and Chrome Hearts are not accepted until their pricing is published. Lab verification (physical inspection) is in preparation.

Additional charges

No fees other than the verification fee. A ¥110 (tax incl.) administrative fee applies only if requested additional photos are not submitted within 3 days.

Payment method

Bank transfer (credit card payment in preparation)

Payment timing

Invoiced after the verdict (authentic / counterfeit) is issued. No charge if the result is inconclusive.

Service timing

Online verification: we notify you of the result within 3 days of receiving your photos (as soon as the same day) and issue a digital certificate when the item is judged genuine. If we ask for additional photos, the 3 days run from when we receive them.

Returns and cancellation

Free cancellation from your account before an authenticator starts (status: received). No cancellation or refund after work starts or after the certificate is issued. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy

Quality guarantee

If a recheck within 90 days of issuance confirms a misjudgment, we compensate up to ¥3,000,000 based on proof of purchase. See the Misjudgment Compensation Policy
